Radhika Samant is the Chief Financial Officer at Bonusly. Her career journey started in the world of auditing but she very quickly realized that she was passionate about building businesses, not reviewing them. The early years of her career included conventional accounting and reporting roles, but those made her restless; she wanted to impact the business, which is what led her to her first role in the technology start-up world.
