Beyond Reviews: Building a Culture of Continuous Feedback

Traditional performance reviews often leave employees feeling disconnected and undervalued. Only 21% of employees feel like their performance metrics are within their control. Moreover, when surveyed, 96% of employees said they wanted timely feedback. This is where a culture of continuous feedback comes in. By providing ongoing, helpful feedback, employees feel empowered to take action and improve their performance immediately.

Ready to learn how to create a culture of continuous feedback?  In this on-demand webinar, we explore how to move beyond the annual review. We delve into the challenges employees face when receiving feedback and provide strategies for overcoming them. You'll also learn how to deliver feedback effectively and the power of frequent feedback conversations to boost employee performance, engagement, and development. You’ll leave with tips on how to improve communication, empower employees, and create a high-performing and engaged workforce.
