Meet the Presenters
Erin Daruszka has 20+ years of HR experience both internally and as a consultant. She currently holds the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. Erin has a BA in Communication from Slippery Rock University, a MA in Communication from Northern Illinois University, and a graduate certificate in Organization Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University. She is currently a Senior People Business Partner for Christine Mathews Consulting - a One Digital company, where she serves as fractional head of people for several life science start-ups. Erin is a certified personal development coach through both the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC) through Team Coaching International (TCI). Erin is certified to administer many assessment tools, such as DISC, EIQ-2, the Hogan Assessment, TypeCoach, and Predictive Index. In her spare time, she occasionally performs improvised theater or can be found working out, reading, or watching Jeopardy. She lives in Winston-Salem, NC with her husband and furry children (4 cats and one dog).

Jonathan brings over 10 years of experience in financial services and human resources to his role as Vice President of Human Capital at Choreo. In this role, he is responsible for leading and consulting with leadership on the company’s people management strategy including, talent acquisition, training and development, policies, compensation and benefits, human resources technology, engagement, and people brand strategy. Prior to joining Choreo, Jonathan led the human resources team at a legal-technology company where he oversaw teams in North America and Europe during a period of significant growth. Before that, he was the head of human resources for a multi-billion-dollar registered investment advisor with a national footprint. Jonathan began his career in the advisory business before transitioning into the role of human resources to focus on building and developing talent organizations that help fuel growth. Jonathan lives in Las Vegas, NV, where he is a member of several recreational sports teams and loves to play tennis. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of Arizona. He also holds his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation and maintains an active Series 65.
