Nakisha is the Vice President of Human Resources for Vercara. She has over seventeen years of experience leading people & culture for rapidly growing businesses and advising the C-Suite within private equity-backed firms and start-up organizations. She is also, President & Founder of the DixonHR Foundation, which provides sponsorship, mentorship, and coaching to aspiring and early-career human resources professionals.
