The total cost of ownership includes your annual Bonusly subscription plus the rewards your team redeems. Our team will work with you to tailor a cost-effective recognition strategy that fits your budget and keeps employees engaged!

How much do rewards cost, and can we control spending?

You'll pay face value for rewards when employees redeem from the Bonusly Reward Catalog—for example, a $10 Amazon gift card costs you $10. Because we keep rewards spending separate from your subscription costs, there are no large upfront payments, and you’ll never pay for unused funds. You also have full control over your budget, setting how much employees can give and receive. To maximize impact while staying within budget, you can include low-cost or no-cost rewards.

Are there any hidden fees associated with Bonusly’s plans?​

No. Our subscription costs are straightforward; you'll only pay for the rewards your team redeems, with no hidden fees. ​

What is the minimum contract length for Bonusly?​
