Across numerous software review sites, Nectar users cite the difficulty of logging into the platform and the lack of clear instructions on how to give recognition. For some time, users complained that Nectar didn’t have an app option. Now that it does, users complain that it’s harder to use than the web platform.


Customers say it’s hard to find helpful info on Nectar:

On review sites, some users complain that Nectar’s exportable data reports aren’t as robust as they’d like. Many users also say it’s hard to navigate the system and find what they’re looking for. (Apparently, there’s a lot of scrolling.) They voice frustration at not being able to find or search their own outgoing messages easily or search their own recognition separately from everyone else's. They also find it tough to conduct a search for someone else to see how that person is doing, or see the entirety of a recognition post beyond who made it and when.


Users claim that redeeming points on Nectar is a poor experience:

Many who are unhappy with Nectar cite the points redemption process as confusing, while others don’t like that the system limits how many points they can give to one person.
