What’s Bonusly MCP? 

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for connecting AI agents to external services. Bonusly's MCP connector is: a simple, authenticated bridge that lets AI agents and automated workflows read from and write to your Bonusly account.

Setup takes about a minute. Simply add the server URL to any MCP-compatible AI tool, sign in to Bonusly, and approve access. The connector inherits all of your existing permissions, working with the same data you already have available in your account.

Sounds cool. What can I do with it? 

The MCP connection is designed for power admins, ops and IT teams, and users running AI-assisted workflows across multiple systems. 

Here are a few of the things Bonusly’s MCP makes possible:

• Cross-system reporting. Pull recognition and reward data into reports that already aggregate data from your HRIS, CRM, and other sources. Giving rates, redemption trends, and participation by team are all available alongside additional metrics you care most about, like reward budget. 
• Workflow automation. If you're running agents that act on triggers or activities from other tools, Bonusly MCP connects them to your recognition and reward data. For example, you can automatically trigger a recognition flow when a deal closes in Salesforce or log recognition history into a performance system ahead of a review cycle. 
• Reward fulfillment and finance ops. Track redemption history, pull spend by department, and integrate reward data into the workflows you've already built outside of Bonusly.
• Other operational use cases. You can also use Bonusly’s MCP for swag coordination, participation reporting, and syncing recognition data into existing systems. There are plenty of tasks that have always lived in the gap between Bonusly and the rest of your stack.
