How it works: 3 types of awards

Easily manage your incentive programs and provide instant reward delivery using three types of awards:

1. Automated awards

These include welcome, birthday, and work anniversary awards and more. Bonusly gives out points and public recognition automatically, based on calendar dates.

2. Manual awards

Customize a template or create a personalized message for company initiatives, events, or achievements. You control the budget, allowance, and who gives out the award.

3. Claimable awards

Let people celebrate achievements that are under the radar! They can self-nominate for claimable awards, which have fixed points and reasons for claiming.
