What we've been up to in 2018
We’ve had a busy few months here at Bonusly, and we’re excited to let you know about the new features we’ve released.
Bonus Quality Bot
One of our primary goals is making sure that bonuses given in Bonusly are meaningful.
To that end, we recently released a significant new feature: the Bonus Quality Bot. The Bonus Quality Bot monitors bonuses and giving behavior to flag bonuses that seem suspicious. When the Bonus Quality Bot flags a bonus, you’ll receive an alert and be prompted to review the suspicious activity.
Check out this Help Center article to learn more about the Bonus Quality Bot.
GIF updates
We know how much our users love GIFs, so we spent some time making our GIF feature even more delightful. Have you used the new selection box?
We’ve also implemented some safeguards to help you feel confident that GIFs in Bonusly are safe for work (SFW). Thanks to those of you who wrote in; please continue sharing your feedback with us!
Lots of new rewards
We want your employees to value the rewards in Bonusly, so we’re always working to add new rewards to our catalog. In the first 3 months of 2018, we added 29 new reward options across 16 countries! Some of the most popular new rewards have been Dunkin’ Donuts, T.J. Maxx, and Marshalls. Make sure to let your team know about the great new rewards they can redeem!
Embellished work anniversary and birthday bonuses
We added a little sparkle to the Work Anniversary and Birthday Bot bonuses so they stand out in your feed and remind your team to celebrate these important events. Don’t forget that you can customize the wording of birthday and anniversary bonuses.
Finally, if you haven’t seen it yet, check out our brand new homepage! We refreshed our look to demonstrate how Bonusly supports employee engagement and recognition-rich company cultures.
We’re always working on enhancements to our product, so stay tuned for more updates and, as always, let us know what you think!
