More customization options including custom allowances by department, role, location, and number of direct reports
Every Bonusly user has a monthly allowance to give to their peers to recognize outstanding work and valuable contributions. By default, each user receives the same amount. Unless custom rules are set, each user receives the same amount regardless of department, location, or role.
Bonusly's new custom rules for monthly allowances make it easier to configure giveable amounts that fit the needs of your company. Now you can set up custom allowance rules based on department, location, role, and number of direct reports.
Integration additions including UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and Paycom via Merge
